The "Denver' was on its way from Canton to Talleyng.

Details are at present lacking" but the report that has come through is that the pirates have taken all the cargo from the "Denver."

(Taileungis "a flourishing silk port in the Shuntak district and only a few hours by tow from Canton. That part of the river between Canton and Taileung is very busy and it is difficult to understand where the pirates got their opportunity.}
