Lant Saturday afternoon the foundation-afene was laid at the new building for the St. Paul's Girls' College between Kennedy Road and Macdonnell Read. This photo shows Mr. Colbourne Little (architect) and H.E. the Governor (Sir R. E. Stubbs) with the silver trowel with which he performed the ceremony.
