Lieutenant B. R. Holcombo, Lieutenant-Commander Byrd and Lieutenant H. F. Council have been chosen to take part in the Donald MacMillan Arctic expedition this summer. Navy planes, piloted by these three officers, will be used for the purpose of exploring some Talloh square miles of hitherto untraversed territory, lying between Alaska and the North Pole.
