FRESH GREEK PLOT.
ATHENS, December 9. The official discovery of a fresh Royalist revolutionary plot has resulted in many arrests in cluding retired officers and Metaxist agents who have recently been very active in military circles. They hoped to win over the Athens garrison and contrive to overthrow the revolution and create in- ternal troubles to bring about foreign intervention. The conspirators were provided with ample funds which they used for propaganda. Compromising- docuraents and large sums were found in the possession of the arrested persons.
