LONDON, August 26th. The newspaper, News of the World, states that threo caveata have been entered by interested partion against grant of probate in the will of Lord Northcliffe.
The first will, dated March 22nd, 1919, with several codicils, is being propounded on the ground that the testator was of unsound mind when the second will was mado, shortly before his death. In this will, Lady Northcliffe is appointed sole executrix. It is rumoured that Lady Northcliffo is the chief beneficiary under both wills, which presumably differ in other respects.
A writ has been issued conneneing a suit to determine which will shall be admitted to probate. It in thought the destination of the policy of the Northcliffe prese may [be dopondent on the decision.
