Mr. Chamberlain recapitu- lated the facts in regard to Coromander Easlewood and his wife's anti-Mai-ten campaign and said the attention of the Governor of Hongkong had been called to the fact that Mr. Haslewnod was com ducting a campaign, including charges of great cruelty to fusta, in terms which had cause much annoyance to the Chinese community
