Upon enquiries we were told that the Police had orders to shoot every dog found in the street after 10 pm. We consider such a drastic order to be a cruelty to poor animals. The Police should be given the order to the patrol to find out the owner of this poor dog and impose a heavy fine for transgressing the regulations and not to punish the little harmless dog for its owner's default.
