The profit for the year, with the amounts brought forward from last accounts, after writing off $18,091 41 for Depreciation and Ead and Doubtful Debts, and providing for Directors' and Auditors' fees, amounts to ince-if $200,867.15 from which it is proposed to pay a dividend of One.Dollar and Fifty Centa per share absorbing $171,000.00 to add $20.000 to Cattle Reserve; to transfer to Fire and Typhoon Insurance Fund $6,000 and to carry forward $4,867.15.
