The tide-table_riven below has been compiled at the National Almanse Office in London from the result of the analysis of observations taken by means of an atentie tide-recording machine in the Water Police Basin at Tsim Sha Tri during the years 1903-9.

The zero of the table corresponds with 6 zero of the sounding in the Admiralty Chart, which has been found to be feet * inches below mean sea-laval

To obtain the depth of water on the de gauge at the Victoria Naval Yard add 3 feet 4 inches, and on the gauga at Lamont Dock, Aberdeen, add 10 feet fuches to the height given in the table.
