Foreign Importa-The net value of for. eign goods imported into. Wachow was £767,623, compared with £883,394 in 1910, ' while at Nanning the figures were £224,060 and $346,268 respectively. A decline in quantity and value is shown by almost avery item.
Exports.-The set exports through the Maritime Customs at Wuchow in 1911 were valued at £512,674, compared with £623,798 in 1010. For the same years those from Nanning passing through Wuchow were £348,705 and £318,589, and through the antive customs at Wochow goods wore ox- ported of the value of £1,895,866 and OF £1,741,311. The native customs year doos not quite coincide with the European calendar year, but the figures are useful £1,500,000 for comparison. The total export tradé £1,125,000 | through Wuchow won, therefore, about 582,500 £2845,306 in 1911 and £1,682,299 in 1910, 325 000
