A Clergyman
Nervous Collapse, Brain Fag,
Neuralgia-
For getting things done, making things go, the invigorating stimules of Phosferine cannot be equalledy says the Rev. A. H. Field. Felly aware that as a clergyman he is bound to make sure of the accuracy ci bis estimation of Phostarice, this gentleman states that, distinct from other cases, he has verified and tested the efficacy of the tonic himself. It was Phosferias, and Phosferine alone, he says, which raised him Eom the nervous collapse, remedied the brain-fag and neuralgia which held down his efforts and arrested his plaus over a lengthy period. Since taking Phosferine he is entirely free from nervous distresses, and can put his whole heart and energies into his work, and indeed, such is his activity that he has roused many belpers to his cause. Experience has taught the Rev. A. H. Field that numbers of people do not realise their languor and half-beasted efforts are due to lack of mercs force, and be believes they will quicker appreciate the efficacy of Phosferine by learning of bis own recovery.
Have No Existence Now.
Rev. A. H. Field, 336, Brettenham Road, Walthamstow, writes: "It gives me much pleasure to testify to the beneficial effects of Phosferice in many cases of nervous disorder, where I have advised the use of your tonic. Some four years ago I myself had a nervous breakdown, and a friend advised Phosferine. I took Eis, advice, and I speedily found that. I had acted wisely, for the neuralgic pains and the mental weariness soon, took flight, and I was thoroughly braced up. Recently seme members of my church, at my suggestion, tried the remedy, and were quite satisfied with the beneficial results. I have advised its use now for nearly four years, and in no case has it yet proved a failure. When one thinks of the great number of so-called nerve remedies, it is satisfactory to find at least one upon which reliance can be placed. I wish your Phosferine every success. When preaching away, I have noticed Picsferine finds a place in the village homes."

the Board of Trade, replying to Mr Hunt, said that he was unable to my whether any changes in this direction, indicated by the Hon Member were contemplated. The Imperial Merchant Barvico Guild have addressed the following letter to the Pre-VALUABLE LEASEHOLD sident of the Board of Tendo on this. matter:-
THE EMFSHIAL MERCHANT SERVICE GUILD,
Liverpool, July 20th 1911. The Right Hon. STONET BUZZON; BL. P.,
President of the Board of Trade. Sir,I am directed by the Guild, which is the great representative body of the Captains and Officers of the Merchant Service, respectfully to infirm you that it is with grost interest they have observed the Question put in the House of Commons by Mr Rowland Hunt, M.P., on the sub- jost of the position of Officers of merchant ships arising out of the developments of the recent "strike" of seamen and fireman, whereby in many cases the pay of Officers holding very responsible and onerous posi- tions on board ship is little, if any, more than that of the seamen and framen serving
under them.
It is mainly due to the loyalty for the interests of their owners and their ships, and to the extraordinary, services which they have rendered, that so many merchant ships have been able to get along in the face of enormous difficulties and at the risk of serious personal danger to those concerned. Wo, of course, fully realise that the Board of Trado have no power to regulato the pay which offers in the Marcantile Marine, but wo venture to think that a suggestion, or recommendation on the part of the Board, that the position

The retrganisa tion will be assured, commencing with. July 22, 1812, by means of two agreements cluded with the Memaguries, Maritimes and the Société d'Etudes de Navigation respectively.
