Losmes, May 18. There was a great ceremony in London to-day, the unveiling of the memorial to Queen Victoria in the Mall, in front of Buckingham Palace. Not only were the King and Queen present, but also the Kaiser, the Kaiserin and daughter and several other connections of the British royal house. All the formalities for the impressive ceremony were arranged by King George personally.
