In this way oarly all tho ringleaders were captured, and the general atrike movement has collspeed for time being. While this shows an admirable resolve on the part of the Portuguese people to resist the forces of anarchy, it Lestifies once more to the insbility of the Government to cope with the situation with
the forces at its command.
