There is remarkable delay in publishing the report of the Opiam Commission for the Straits Settlements. The report, WITH 20 SELECTIONS arrived at the Colonial Office fally a month ago, but l'arliament rose, and in spite of repeated inquiries for it, no report was forthcoming.
