The decision of the Gennaar Adaniraliy to build Dreadnoughts literally caused Piga' consternation in England. So long as the Maval Act of 1900 was unt supplemented by provisions extending its scope, British unval exports admitted that the Germa lest contd no longer be ignored, but re- fused to regard it as a tent meunce.
