According to a report of the Chamber of Commerce in Sourabaya, the expectations of a poor coffee crop for the year 1900 are realised, which was not the case with the xale of coffee.
The quality of the Liberis coffee was good, that of the Java coffee only passable. good A few plantations excepted, a total mis- crop for the year 1907 is expected, caused
