In the following Statements and Tables the Rates are given in cents, and are, for Pattern, per half nunce, for Books and Patterns, per two ounces.

Newspapers over four ounces la weight are charged as double, trable, de, as the case may be, but such papers or packets of papers may be sent at Book Rate. Two Newspapers must not be folded together as one, nor must anything whatever be insorted except bona fido Supplements. Printed matter may, however, be enclosed, if the rent may be paid either as Newspapers or Books
