A Reserve Fund will be formed of Taals 400,000, by setting asido a portion of the profits at such times and in such sums tho Shareholders shall decide.
The net profits of the Company for each year will be divided amongst the Share- holders, in the following manner;
One-third over the Shares, a portion
thereof being set aside for the forma tion of a Reserve Fund as above stated. Two-thirds as a return to Contributors (baing Shareholders), in proportion to the Premin paid or influenced by them. A revision of the Share List will take | place at the end of every three years, and for this purpose power will be given to the
