These rules may be cited as the Trade Unions (Registration) Rules.
Trade Unions.
2. The Registrar shall keep or cause to be kept at his office a register to be called the "Register of Trade Unions" wherein shall be entered particulars relating to the registration of trade unions and their rules.
Registrar responsible for entries.
3. All original entries in the Register of Trade Unions shall be made by, or under the direction of, the Registrar and shall be signed by him.
4.
Every alteration, interlineation or erasure in the Register of Trade Unions shall be initialled by the Registrar.
Responsibility of Registrar to initial alterations.
5. (1) Every application for the registration of a trade union, and all other matters requiring to be submitted or notified to or by the Registrar shall be submitted or notified in the forms prescribed by him.
(2) The forms at present prescribed shall be as annexed to these rules—
(a) Form A—Application for Registration;
(b) Form B—Certificate of Registration;
(c) Form C—Notice of Refusal of Registration;
(d) Form D—Notice of Cancellation of Registration;
(e) Form E—Application for Approval and Notice of Change of Name;
(f) Form F—Application for Approval and Notice of Amalgamation;
(g) Form G—Notice of Dissolution;
(h) Form H—Application for Registration of Partial/Complete Alteration of Rules.
