All percentages given in definitions or standards prescribed are, unless otherwise specified, percentages by weight.
Any person who acts in contravention of regulations G.N.A. 79/51. 2, 3(1), 4(1), (2) and (4), and 5 shall be liable to a fine of one thousand dollars.
