After full discussion, it was agreed to recommend that the order in which improved paving should be carried out in the City should be as follows:-
(a.) All public roads within the area bounded by Murray Road on the east, Queen's Road on the south, Jubilee Street on the west and the Harbour on the north to be dealt with first.
(b.) Queen's Road East from Murray Road to Wanchai Market to be done next. (c.) Connaught Road to be carried out by degrees, in accordance with (i), but
after (a) and (b).
The Committee then adjourned.
