Staff Development

In 1992, the Company recruited 330 additional bus captains and the total number of staff at the end of

1992 was 10,916. In-house good service training

programmes have been conducted for all inspectors, regulators and the maintenance staff of the Service. Department. All bus captains have also attended the course, and similar training programmes will be offered to new staff.

Driver Skills

The quality of the training which we provide for our bus captains continues to rise over the years. In addition to learning excellent driving skills, prospective bus captains must now attend classes with audiovisual aids when theories are taught.
