Lam Wah Street and Cheung Yip Street Temporary Depots
Due to the resumption of Cha Kwo Ling Temporary Depot in January 1989 which accommodated 268 buses, four sites at Kowloon Bay with a total area of 270,200 square feet with 224
parking spaces were leased from the
Government in December 1988.
PROMOTING OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY
To help meet the increasing demand for better bus services, KMB has put
the emphasis on operational efficiency.
To achieve this aim, a sound
management information system is a
pre-requisite. System maintenance and
enhancement have been carried out in

二百六十八輛巴士之茶果嶺臨時車廠,
因此本公司於一九八八年十二月向
政府租賃四幅位於九龍灣之土地,總面積
為二十七萬零二百平方呎,以供停泊
二百二十四輛巴士。
加強運作效率
為應付乘客對巴士服務不斷提高的要求,
九巴非常重視運作效率。為達致此目標,
一套完善的管理資訊系統是不可或缺的。
九巴內部四十套電腦化系統已進行保養及
