Particulars of bank loans, overdrafts and
other borrowings of the Company are
set out in Note 18 on the accounts.
AUDITORS
At the Company's last Ordinary Yearly Meeting, Peat,Marwick,Mitchell & Co. were reappointed auditors of the Company. They are now practising
under the name of Peat Marwick and
accordingly they have signed the audit. report in their new name. Peat
Marwick retire and, being eligible, offer themselves for reappointment.

核數師
- 於上屆之全體股東週年大會,畢馬域篾曹 公司被續聘為本公司之核數師。該公司 現已易名為畢馬域會計師行,而核數師 報告書亦以該新名稱簽署。畢馬域 會計師行告退,但依章得候聘復任。
