substantial shareholder of three

private companies which together

beneficially held 64,273,472 ordinary shares in the Company.

3 The late Mr Ng Chiu Kwon was a substantial shareholder of three

private companies which together beneficially held 1,899,030 ordinary shares in the Company.

4 The late Mr Ng Chiu Kwon and Mr

Ng Siu Chan were substantial

shareholders of a private company

which beneficially held 937,227

ordinary shares in the Company.

INTERESTS IN CONTRACTS

No contracts of significance to which the Company was a party and in which

a Director had a material interest

subsisted at the end of the year or at any time during the year.

ARRANGEMENT TO PURCHASE SHARES OR DEBENTURES

At no time during the year was the Company a party to any arrangements to enable the Directors of the Company to acquire benefits by means. of the acquisition of shares in or debentures of the Company or any other body corporate.
