(3) Should any such animal prove un- manageable it shall be lawful for any rail- way official to kill it and the owner shall be liable to prosecution and fine if the trespass be proved.

(4) A magistrate may, upon proof of the trespass, cause such animal to be sold by public action.

(5) Any such deposit or the proceeds of any such sale as aforesaid shall, after de- ducting therefrom such fine as the magis- trate may award and such further sum as he may order to be paid for the expenses of keeping, feeding and, if the animal has been sold, of selling such animal, shall be returned or paid to the owner.'

(24) Sections 63 and 64 are repealed.

(25) Section 66-the following section is sub-

stituted-

66. The provisions of the Magistrates Recovery Ordinance, 1932, shall apply to
