TRADE MARKS ORDINANCE, 1909.

Application for Registration of Four Trade Marks.

NOTICE is hereby given that Sean You Zoo & Co., Ltd., a company

organized under the laws of the Republic of China, and having its Head Office situate at 587 Nanking Road, Shanghai, in the Republic of China, have on the 8th day of May, 1939, applied for registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Marks :-

in the name of Sean You Zoo & Co., Ltd., who claim to be the proprietors thereof.

The Trade Mark Nod.1 has been used by the Applicants and registra- tion is now sought in respect of the following goods :-

All classes of cotton goods in the piece except cotton towels, in Class 24,

Cotton goods not being cotton piece goods, yarn or clothing, in Class 25.

The Trade Marks Nod. 2 & 3 have been used by the Applicants and registration is now sought in respect of the following goods :-

Cotton towels, in Class 25.

The Trade Mark Nod. 4 has not hitherto been used by the Applicants but it is their intention to use it forthwith and registration is now sought in respect of the following goods

Medicines, in Class 3.

The Trade Marks Nod. 1 (in Classes 24 & 25) and 2 are associated with each other.

The Trade Marks Nod. 2 & 3 are associated with each other.

The Trade Mark Nod. 1 (in Class 24) is associated with Trade Mark No. 321 of 1928. ·
