Registration of the above (1) "918" trade mark shall give no right to the exclusive use of the numerals "918". nor the Chinese nor the firm

characters “紀念牌

name.

The above (2) "Choi Fa" trade mark has not hitherto been used by the Applicants in in Class 38 in respect of singlets and vests but it is the intention of the Applicants so to use it forthwith in Class 38 in respect of singlets and vests.
