exceeding two hundred dollars for every day on which the default continues.
(7) In this section---
(a) enemy property" means any prop- erty for the time being belonging to or held or managed on behalf of an enemy or an enemy subject;
(b) “property" means real or personal property, and includes any estate or in- terest in real or personal property, any negotiable instrument, debt or other chose in action, and any other right or interest, whether in possession or not; and
(e) "prescribed" means prescribed by an order made under this section.
29.-(2) Every person who wilfully obstructs any person in the exercise of any powers conferred on him by or under this Ordinance shall be liable on summary conviction to ના fine not exceeding one thousand dollars.
80. Where any offence under this offences by Ordinance committed by a body corporate corporations. is proved to have been coinmitted with the consent or connivance of, or to have been attributable to any neglect on the part of, any director, manager, secretary or other officer of the body corporate, bc, as well as the body corporate, shall be deemed to be guilty of that offence, and shall be liable to be proceeded against and punished accordingly.

(25) Forms Nos. 1 and 2 in the Schedule are amended (i) by the repeal of the word "Victoria in the thirteenth and the eleventh lines respectively;
(ii) by the insertion of the words "enter and" before "search in the second line of paragraph (c);
