(b) Heavy oils" means any hydrocar- bon oils except light oils; and heavy oils shall be deemed to be used as fuel for a heavy oil rond vehicle if they have flash-point of sixty-six degrees centigrade or more and are used as fuel for anv engine with which the vehicle is equipped, whether for the propulsion of the vehicle
or not;
(e) "Light oils means hydrocarbon oils of which not less than fifty per cent. by volume distils at temperature not exceeding one hundred and eighty-five degrees centigrade, or of which not less than ninety-five per cent. by volume distils at a temperature not exceeding two hundred and forty degrees centigrade, or which give off an inflammable vapour at a temperature of less than 22.8 degrees centigrade when tested in the manner prescribed by
Comunissioners of Customs and Excise of the United King- dor, and includes the oils specified in the Schedule to this Ordinance;

(d) "Heavy oil road vehicle" means 2 mechanically propelled road vehicle which is constructed or adapted to use heavy oils as fuel.
