Ordinance sell liquor by auction but, Ordinance unless the person for whom he sells holds No. 25 of a licence to sell such liquor, only with the written permission of the Superintendent.

(2) The auction may be held on the auctioneer's premises or on any premises at which his principal is licensed to sell the liquor, or at any place indicated in the permission aforesaid,

(3) This section shall apply notwith- standing that the liquor is the property of the Government of the United Kingdom or of this Colony or forms part of the estate of a bankrupt or deceased person or is sold by order of the court,
