(8) Section 5, sub-section (2)--the word "shall"
in the penultimate line is repealed.
(4) Section 6—–
(i) sub-section (1)-the word ceases is substituted for shall cease in the eighteenth line, and "shall" is repealed in the twentieth and the penultimate lines;
(ii) sub-section (2)-the word "shall" is repealed in the sixteenth line and is sub- stituted for “should” in the thirty-seventh line.
(5) Section 7-

(i) sub-section (2)-the words time being applies are substituted for applies or shall hereafter apply in the third line;
(i) sub-section (3)-the word "First" in the fourth line is repealed.
(6) Section 8, sub-section (1)--the word "shall”
in the twelfth line is repealed.
(7) Section 9—
(i) sub-section (1), paragraph_(d)--the words “any church to which this Ordinance for the time being applies" are substituted for any other existing church or for any future church to which this Ordinance shall apply" in the last three lines;
(ii) sub-sections (2) and (4) are repealed and sub-section (3) is renumbered as (2);
(iii) sub-section (2) as renumbered-the words "contained in the Second Schedule" in the first and second lines are repealed.
(8) Section 10-the word *thinks is sub- stituted for shall think in the twenty- seventh line.
