The Ordinances are repealed.

Section 8 is repealed.

The Ordinance is repealed.

(1) Section 2—

(i) sub-section (2) is repealed and sub- sections (3) and (4) are renumbered as (2) and (8);

(ii) sub-section (2) as renumbered-the word Trustees" is substituted for "Sub- sequent Trustees, whether appointed in iminediate succession to any of the first Trustees or not," in the first three lines. and shall in the penultimate line is repealed.

(2) Section 3, sub-section (2)-the word "has" is substituted for "shall have" in the third and fourth lines.

(3) Section 4, sub-section (3)—the words "The first by-laws shall be those contained in the Schedule." in the last two lines are repealed.

(2) Section 5—

(i) sub-section (1) is repealed and sub- sections (2) and (3) are renumbered as (1) and (2);
