The Ordinances are repealed.

(1) Section 8, sub-section (2)—the word "has"

is substituted for shall have" in the third line.

(2) Section 6-

(1) sub-section (1) is repealed and sub- sections (2) and (3) are renumbered as (1) and (2);

(ii) sub-section (1) as renumbered-the words Whenever any person" are sub- stituted for "When any other person" in the first line and "that" for "such" in the third line.

(1) Section 8-

(i) sub-section (2) is repealed and sub- sections (3) and (4) are renumbered as (2) and (6):

(ii) sub-section (2) as renumbered-the word Directors" is substituted for "Sub- sequent directors" in the first line, and the words whether appointed in immediate succession to any of the first directors or not." in the first, second and third lines, and "shall" in the penultimate line, are repealed.

(2) Section 4, sub-section (2)--the word "has”

is substituted for shall have" in the third line.

The Chrdinance is repealed.

(1) Sections 33, as amended by Ordinance No. 37 of 1981, 4, 5 and 6 are renumbered as 1 to 7.

(2) Section 5 as renumbered, sub-section (2)

the words "first happens" are substituted for "shall first happen" in the last line.
