(1) Section -the figure (1) in the first line, and sub-section (2), are repealed.
(2) Section 4 is renumbered as 5, section 5 is repealed, and the following is inserted as section 4 immediately after section 3-
**4. The Governor in Council may from Rates of time to time determine the rates of postage. postage to be charged on postal articles and the rates for the time being in force shall be exhibited and kept exhibited at the Post Office.'
(3) Section 21. sub-section (2)-the word "has" is substituted for "shall have” in the last line.

23. sub-section (4)-the word “discovers" is substituted for **shall discover" in the second line.
(5) Section 26, paragraph (c)—the word "packet is substituted for "article" in the seventh line.
