386. Nothing in this Part shall affect the validity of any licence current at the date when these regulations come into force and any such licence shall have effect as if it had been duly granted under this Part, and shall, subject to the provi- sions of the Ordinance and these regulations, continue in force until the expiration of the period for which it was granted.
