862. No fire, matches, or other means of obtaining a flame or ignition shall be kept or used in any store.

363. No smoking shall be permitted in any store.

364. Nothing except Category 7 dangerous goods shall be stored in any store.

365. The floor of every store shall be kept scrupulously ciean.

366. All Category 7 dangerous goods shall be stored in bags, wooden boxes, barrels or drums, or in wooden cases so substantially constructed as not to be liable, except under circumstances of gross negligence or extraordinary accident. to become broken, defective or insecure.

367. No store shall be used for the storage of more than one kind of Category 7 dangerous goods.

368. Every receptacle containing any Category 7 dan- gerous goods shall be labelled with the prescribed label.

369. No category 7 dangerous goods shall be sold or supplied to any person, unless such person is duly licensed under the Ordinance or regulations made thereunder to have possession of such goods.

370.-(1) The licensee of every store shall keep at the store proper books of account, and shall record therein true and correct particulars of all transactions relating to the sale, purchase delivery and receipt by him of any Category 7 dangerous goods.

(2) Such books of account shall be open at all reason- able times to inspection by the Government Analyst, by any Assistant Government Analyst, or by any police or Fire Brigade Officer duly authorized in that behalf by the Licensing Authority.

371. Every application for the renewal of any licence shall be made not less than one month before the expiration of the then current licence.

PART XXVI.-STORAGE OF CATEGORY 8 DANGEROUS GOODS.

372. In this Part-

"bulk" means such quantity of Category 8 dangerous goods as, in the opinion of the Licensing Authority, is greater than the quantity normally required for a retail trade,

"tenement building means a building used in part for the storage of Category 8 dangerous goods and in part for domestic purposes, and

godown" means a building of one or more floors completely and specially adapted for the storage of Category 8 dangerous goods.

373. The regulations in this Part apply only to Category 8 dangerous goods.
