Imperial Coupons.
IMPERIAL AND FOREIGN POST
These coupons are valid only within the British Empire and may be purchased at 20 cents each. They are exchangeable in any country of the Empire, for a stamp or stamps, representing the minimum postage payable on a letter sent from that country to Hong Kong. An Imperial coupon received in Hong Kong is exchangeable for stamps to the value of 15 cents.
INTERNATIONAL COUPONS.
These coupons may be purchased at 40 cents each, and are exchangeable in any country of the Postal Union, for a stamp or stamps, representing the minimum postage payable on a letter sent from that country to. Hong Kong. An International coupon received in Hong Kong is exchangeable for stamps to the value of 25 cents.
Parcels
The Imperial and Foreign Parcel Post provides a ready means of sending parcels to practically any place abroad.
RATES OF POSTAGE
These are closely related to the actual cost of hand- ling and conveyance and vary considerably for the various parts of the world. It is necessary therefore to refer to the table on pages 217 to 355.
LIMITS OF WEIGHT
The maximum weight as a rule is 22 pounds; but in some countries the limit is lower (see table on pages 217 to 355).
SIZE
The maximum dimensions are the same as in the Inland Service, namely:

6 feet 0 inches.
The address on a parcel must be as complete as for a letter (see pages 99 to 100) and must be clearly written. It should appear on the parcel itself as well
