Mr. Ling Chen Shen, Peter, BSc, ACIB, aged 47, joined the Company in 1995 and was appointed General Manager of the Planning & Marketing Department of the Company in 1996. In December 1996, he was also appointed Director and General Manager of the Shipyard Division. He has over 24 years of experience in banking, finance, China trade
and general management.

譚錦茂先生,MBA,MSC,三十九歲,本公司之集團行政及資訊總監。彼於一九九五年從新加入本公司,在此之前,譚 先生從事電腦及行政工作十六年,其中超過十年亦是在本公司任職,曾出任電腦部經理及船務部助理總經理之職。
Mr. Tam Kam Mau, Edward, MBA, MSc, aged 39, is the Corporate Administration & Information Officer of the Company. He re-joined the Company in 1995. Before joining the Company, he worked in the computer and management fields for 16 years. Previously, he had also served in this Company for more than 10 years as EDP Manager and Assistant General Manager of Ferry Operations Division.
