過九年從事貿易、批發及零售行業之經驗。

Ms. Ho Yin Shan, Brenda, MAQAB, PDBS, aged 32, joined the Company in 1989 and was promoted to General

Manager of Trading Division in 1996. She has over 9 years of experience in trading, wholesaling and retailing

businesses.

黎汝洪先生

Mr. Lai Yu Hung, Francis

黎汝洪先生,三十九歲,於一九七七年加入本公司,並於一九九三年榮升為旅遊部總經理。彼具備超過二十一年從事旅 遊行業之經驗。黎先生亦為註冊旅遊聯絡員協會之主席及香港中國旅遊協會之常務理事。此外,黎先生亦為國際華商觀 光協會、香港旅行社協會有限公司、香港華商旅遊協會等之執行委員及香港旅遊業議會來港旅遊委員會之委員。

Mr. Lai Yu Hung, Francis, aged 39, joined the Company in 1977 and was promoted to General Manager of the Travel Division in 1993. He has more than 21 years of experience in the travel business. Mr. Lai is also a Chairman of the Hong Kong Association of Registered Tour Co-ordinators and an Executive Director of Hong Kong Association of China Travel Organizers Limited. He is also an Executive Committee member of International Chinese Tourist Association, Hong Kong Association of Travel Agents Limited and The Federation of Hong Kong Chinese Travel Agents Limited and

an Inbound Committee member of Travel Industry Council of Hong Kong.

劉慕基先生

劉慕基先生,MBA,CPA(Aust.),FHKSA,ACIArb,五十五歲,於一九八九年加入本公司,並於一九九零年獲委任為地 產部董事兼總經理。 彼具備超過二十年從事地產及建築行業之經驗。在加入本公司前,彼為香港一間上市公司之總經 理。此外,劉先生為香港政府「大廈管理資源中心」計劃之跨部門工作小組之非官方委員及香港房屋委員會九龍城寨遷拆 賠償評估覆核小組委員。劉先生亦為香港會計師大使、二零零二年世界會計師大會籌備委員、香港會計師公會之公共關

係委員會及公共政府機構委員會成員及香港物業管理公司協會理事。

Mr. Lau Mo Kaye, Francis, MBA,CPA(Aust.),FHKSA,ACIArb, aged 55, joined the Company in 1989 and was appointed General Manager and Director of the Property Division in 1990. Mr. Lau has over 20 years of working experience in the property and construction industries. He was the General Manager of a listed company before he joined the Company. Mr. Lau is an unofficial member of the Interdepartment Working Group of the Hong Kong Government for setting up the Building Management Resources Centres in Hong Kong and a serving Panel Member of the Assessment Review Board - Clearance of Kowloon Walled City of the Hong Kong Housing Authority. He is an Executive Accountant Ambassador, a member of the Organising Committee for the 2002 World Congress of Accountants and a member of the Communication Committee and the Public Sector Committee of the Hong Kong Society of Accountants. He is also a council member of the Hong Kong Association of Property Management

Companies.
