譚錦茂先生,MBA,MSC,三十八歲,本公司之集團行政及資訊總監。彼於一九九五年從新加入本公司,在此之前,譚 先生從事電腦及行政工作十六年,其中超過十年亦是在本公司任職,曾出任電腦部經理及船務部助理總經理之職。
Mr. Tam Kam Mau, Edward, MBA, MSc, aged 38, is the Corporate Administration & Information Officer of the Company. He re- joined the Company in 1995. Before joining the Company, he worked in the computer and management fields for 16 years. Previously, he also served in this Company for more than 10 years as EDP Manager and Assistant General Manager of the Ferry Operations Division.
謝全志先生

謝全志先生,MBA,四十三歲,於一九九二年出任本公司財務總監。謝先生曾在香港及海外工作。彼具備逾十六年之會
計、公司財務及公司發展工作經驗。
Mr. Tse Chuen Chi, Pollux, MBA, aged 43, has been the Chief Financial Officer of the Company since 1992. He has over 16 years of experience in accounting, corporate finance and corporate development in Hong Kong and overseas.

黄安先生,CHA, CRDE, MBIM, MIMGT,四十三歲,於一九九三年加入本公司,並於一九九六年一月獲委任為酒 店部總經理。彼具備超過二十四年從事酒店管理之經驗。
Mr. Wong Kam On, Frandie,CHA, CRDE, MBIM, MIMGT, aged 43, joined the Company in 1993 and was appointed General Manager of the Hotel Operation in January 1996. He has over 24 years of extensive experience in hotel management.
余松基先生

余松基先生,MIOSH,MASSE,MIIRSM,MBIM,六十一歲,本公司之集團安全稽核及法律顧問。彼於一九九二年 加入本公司,並具備超過三十年從事人事、行政、工業安全及管理之經驗。亦為職業訓練局商船海員訓練委員會之會員。
Mr. Yu Chung Ki, MIOSH, MASSE, MIIRSM, MBIM, aged 61, is the Group Safety Auditor and Legal Advisor of the Company. He joined the Company in 1992 and has over 30 years of experience in personnel, administration, industrial safety and general management work. Mr. Yu is also a serving member of The Merchant Navy Training Board of The Vocational Training Council.
