The newly constructed assembly plant of Ford Philippines, Inc. a subsidiary of Ford Motor Company, Dearborn, Michigan, is one of the largest and most modern in Asia. The main plant building has an area of 184,700 square feet The as sembly area is 182,000 square feet
The plant was constructed and primary plant services as well as some assembly facilities were installed by the General Contracting Division of the Company North American, British, and German models of Ford cars and trucks are be ing assembled on a production schedule of 24 units per day in one shift. A 60-ton "Condition-Aire" cooling system for the offices of the building was in stalled by the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Division of AG&P
