FURTHER DEVELOPMENTS ON THE NEW KING'S ROAD

4789 and 5387, King's
Road by the well- known firm of Credit Foncier d'Extreme Orient, G. Van Wylick, Esq., Architect.
Each flat contains a living room, sitting room, and two bed-
rooms with bathroom
between while kitchen
and servants' quarters
are open to the yard at the rear.
At I. L. 5100 On King's Rd. is a rather steep ramp leading up to a development which extends back
quite a distance from the street line.
At present all that can be seen is the two-
story building, the lower floor of which contains garage and servants' quarters and the upper floor living quarters of the owner of the development.
Behind this existing building on a levelled area which is rapidly being developed is to be built three blocks of European houses with courtyards separating each block.
The Architect for this development is Ip Hin Fong, Esq., and the Contractors Shum Tai & Co.

On the illustrations will be seen another build- ing to the left of and beyond the ramp. This is situated on I.L. 5331. The construction seen is the basement of a block of flats which will be erected thereon in the near future.
