The multi-wedge is made from light-stabilized rigid polyvinyl-chloride .025in. thick and normally provided with a separate p.v.c. dust cover; both these items are in the 'self-extinguish- ing' fire category. Light transmission of the panel is 50 per cent. and that of the dust cover 80 per cent.

composed of a polymer-vinyl com- bination that provides slip-proofing and a lustrous finish. Called Skidnot, it is waxless and non-inflammable.
Self-polishing, Skid-not dries to a high gloss. Power buffing enhances the sheen without destroying its skid-proof
qualities. Dusting or damp-mopping is all that is necessary for daily main- tenance. The colourless finish protects and improves the appearance of lino- leum, rubber, cork, vinyl tile, wood or enameled floors. It is especially re- commended for gymnasia.

SABRE SAW
The Stanley Job-Master sabre saw will cut through most materials, from 2in. timber to in. steel bar. It has two speeds 3,000 and 2,400 strokes per minute with a 5/8in. stroke. To cut bevels the saw base tilts either way, from 0 to 45 degrees left, or 0 to 30 degrees right.
A 1/5 h.p. motor is the power unit and heavy-duty bearings assure fast cutting and a long blade life. Window brush holders allow a quick visual check of brush wear. Blade changes

PLAN FILING
An automatic self index makes it possible to select one document from 1,000 within seconds in the Vertiplan filing system. Various sized drawings may be filed in the same unit which will hold up to 1,200 plans in 4 sq. ft. of floor space.
Vertiplan cabinet
curved supporting fingers carrying the filed ducuments from eight suspension points. One set is mounted on the back of the unit and the other set on the hinged front panel. The fingers form a perfect arc and the panel hinges in such a way that filed documents are not subject to damage.
The documents are suspended on strong, specially designed, self-adhesive strips which remain permanently at- tached to the plans even during printing.
To remove or insert a document, the front panel opens in two distinct and controlled movements. It is partial- ly opened for the document to be selected. Then, by releasing a catch, is fully opened for the sideways re- moval or insertion of the document.
The makers, Vertiplan Pty. Ltd., 27 Valley Street, Huntingdale, Victoria, Australia, are seeking agents.
MARKING PAINT
A road marking paint based on epoxy resins already used successful- ly on motorways in Britain is being exported by Coates Bros. (Industrial Finishes) Ltd., Sidcup, Kent, UK.
Epigloss quick-drying traffic paint is a single pack product which adheres firmly to concrete and all road surfaces.
It may be applied by brush, spray or line marking equipment and nor- mally two coats are applied. The first coat covers approximately 30 sq. yd. to the gallon and the second, 35 sq. yd. to the gallon. As the paint contains a high proportion of titanium dioxide, the coating has excellent conspicuity.
