children's playground between Lockhart and Johnston Roads. We, ourselves, were under the impression that it was part of the Rediffusion installation, but we have since dis- covered that it was built by Cable & Wireless. Limited, as a central store, workshop and laboratory building.
It is rather an attractive building, designed by Mr. P. 1.. L. Biau, Architect, and built by Wong Cheong Construction Co.. Contractors. The electrical contractors were U. Spalinger & Co., Ltd.
In addition to the rooms required for the purposes mentioned above, there is also a small office and clerk's room.
