A seven-passenger lift in the school was manufactured by G. Falconi & C.S.A.. of Novara, Italy, and is the first of its make to be installed in Hong Kong.
Falconi manufacture under licence from Westinghouse, and to their
designs. Orders are being executed for Falconi lifts in two other new buildings in Hong Kong.
The Hong Kong & China Gas Co., Ltd., carried out the laboratory gas installation.
