The structure is one block in R.C. frame, housing 12 flats with a park. The approach road continues under the building to give a partly. covered car park, within the com pound.

The building cost was approxim ately $350,000. including the build- ing. site formation, approach road. intake supply. built-in furniture, and Public Works Department charges.

Because of the site, the architect had to design the building on two different levels to save the cost of site formation.
