In line with the up-to-date trend in running big industrial establishments, and in conformity with Government's housing policy, the Nanyang Cotton Mill embarked on a project of provid- ing staff quarters and dormitories on K.T.I.L. 115, a site close to their T new mill, consisting of two separate blocks of buildings.
