There is also a medical centre. doctor's room, a nurse's room, pensary, and two hospital wards (one for females and one for males), located in a quiet comer of the dormitory block. A big canteen with a modern kitchen suitable for Chinese the ground cooking is grouped on floor compound to provide meals for the residents. Laundry facilities are arranged so that workers can do their own washing, drying and ironing.
