The site is set on an elevation above Kadoorie Avenue and by ex- cavating into the hiilside. the eleva- tion at road level is formed into a large two-car garage under the left wing of the house; a large work room with servants' kitchen, bathroom and lavatory on the right side; and the main entrance lobby, also round in shape, in the centre. Off the lob- by is a large cloak room and a stair- case leading to the main floor above.

This same stairway leads to four servants' rooms on the floor above.

On the main floor, the stairhall gives access to two square bedrooms. each with attached bathroom and built-in clothes closets. A guest la- vatory is set between the two bath- rooms.

The master bedroom is in the pent- house immediately above the living room, similarly circular in shape and of the same dimension except that a bathroom-dressing room has been partitioned from this area.
